Delete your account

To delete your Tipste account, send us an e-mail. We will delete your account and all its data within 7 days and confirm it by e-mail.

How to request deletion

1. Write to info@tipste.com from the e-mail address you use for your Tipste account.
2. Use the subject Account deletion. No other details are needed.
3. We delete the account within 7 days and send you a confirmation.

If you write from a different address, we may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it.

What is deleted

We delete or irreversibly anonymise:

• your e-mail address, password, name, username, profile picture and all profile data,
• your favourite matches, filters, folders, templates, metrics and their picks,
• paired devices, push notification tokens and Telegram connections,
• the history of notifications sent to you and your match alerts,
• login sessions and the log of actions on your account; you are signed out everywhere.

What we keep and for how long

• Invoices and payment records for 10 years from the payment, because Czech tax and accounting law requires it. They are no longer linked to your e-mail or name.
• Error reports from the apps, without any link to you.
• Ideas and comments you posted in feature voting stay visible without your name.
